1) The Darkest Minds

The Darkest Minds directed by Jennifer Yuh Nelson is based on Alexandra Bracken's young adult novel of the same name. The story takes place in a world where most American’s children are killed by a plague, and the ones left possess special abilities. Ruby Daly, a sixteen-year-old runs away from a government internment camp with other teenagers and form a rebellion to avenge those who locked them up.

2) Crazy Rich Asians

Disney’s upcoming movie centers around the little boy in Winnie the Pooh stories, Christopher Robin played by Ewan McGregor, who grew up and lost all sense of imagination. In an effort to help him find his imagination again, Pooh and his friends enter his life again. The movie is inspired by A.A. Milne and E.H Shepard’s book and directed by Marc Forster.

4) The Little Stranger

From the Room director Lenny Abrahamson comes a gothic drama horror film starring Domhnall Gleeson, Ruth Wilson, and Will Poulter. The film is based on Sarah Waters best-selling novel of the same name.  The story centers around Gleeson’s character Dr. Fraday who tends to a patient in the same house his mother once worked as a housemaid. While the decline of the house is obvious to him, his connection with the residing family, the Ayres, is yet to be revealed.
